What services do you offer for orders placed through your website?
Click and collect is available at all times with no extra charge.
Orders can be collected during our trading hours. Please check our home page for trading hour updates.
Can't come into the store? No worries! We offer free postage within Australia for orders over $75 (see below for details)
We can gift-wrap your order and even include a message, just leave us all the details in the Order Notes field during checkout.
We also offer free delivery within the City of Orange for orders over $35 - just let us know by calling the store if you require this service. For orders outside the Orange City area below $75, a $9.95 delivery fee will be charged. The City of Orange is defined by having a delivery address with the postcode 2800.
What is the difference between Click & Collect and Add to Cart?
Click & Collect is the ideal way to order with us online when you only want to order one item and you don't want to make payment online.
When you opt to Click & Collect, you are only asked to provide your email address and contact number. We do not take payment online for Click & Collect orders.
When you click Reserve Now, we receive your Click & Collect order for that item. Once you have placed a Click & Collect order, you cannot cancel it. You will need to contact us directly on (02) 6369 1333 to make any changes to your Click & Collect order. We will send you an email once we have picked your order and have it ready for you to collect the store. All Click & Collect orders are held at our shop counter awaiting collection.
Add to Cart is the best way to shop online with us when you want to order multiple items. When you Add to Cart, you can choose to pay for your order online or pay later when you pick up or over the phone.When you Add to Cart, you can also choose whether you prefer to collect in store or postage.
You can add as many items to your cart as you like and remove items from your cart if you change your mind. Once you are happy to order the items in your cart, you proceed to checkout.
How soon after I place my Click & Collect order will it be ready to collect?
We attend to your online orders as quickly as possible, but processing times vary depending on the volume of orders received.
All online orders are processed by our booksellers in store during trading hours.
When your Click & Collect order has been processed, you will receive an email from us confirming that your order is ready to collect in store.
If you place a Click & Collect order before 4pm, you can generally expect to receive email confirmation that your order is ready to collect that same day. For Click & Collect orders placed after 4pm, you can generally expect to receive confirmation that your order is ready to collect the following trading day.
If you need your Click & Collect order urgently or by a particular time, please phone us on (02) 6369 1333 during trading hours so we can prioritise your order.
When will my order be delivered?
We send all our mail orders via Australia Post.
We offer free postage Australia-wide for all orders over $75. Orders under $75 and outside the Orange City area incur a flat-rate postage charge of $9.95
Orders posted with Australia Post are generally deposited at our local post office within three business days. When you receive an email from us confirming your order has been processed and dispatched, you should also receive a tracking number. Sometimes you will receive this separately in an email from Australia Post. We do not offer international shipping at this stage.
Same day delivery is appilcable for orders placed by 12noon on weekdays for those living within the 2800 postcode. Order placed after 12noon or on weekends will be delivered the next business day.
